Winding down winter at Camp K2

At the end of March, K2 team riders, retailers, partners, skiers and snowboarders descended on Hochfugen from far and wide for Camp K2.

Dozens of camper vans lined the village streets as Camp K2 took over the small resort in the Zillertal Valley for 48 hours. New K2 kit was put through its paces ahead of Winter ’24, with freestyle jams, ski tours, freeriding adventures and all round revelry, on and off the mountain.

Skis were swapped (and swapped again), DJs played and beers were drunk. Celebrations lasted into the night with food trucks, hot tubs, live music and even a tattoo artist. Safe to say is was a perfect wind down to winter. And what a winter-in-a-weekend it was; Knee-deep fresh powder made the first day one of the best of the season, while day two called for t shirt skiing come the afternoon.
