With the first snow of the northern hemisphere season having already fallen on US ski slopes, it feels right to start looking ahead winter. It starts, of course, with the autumn run of ski movies to get us hyped for skiing.
We start with the trailer drop of what’s got to be the biggest ski movie of Winter ’25 – Calm Beneath Castles. A Matchstick Productions film travelling to Canada, Austria, Japan and USA, with an impressive athlete list to boot, including big-name industry vets as well as young bloods on the rise.
We don’t have a helluva lot of information except a glimpse at the movie and its exceptional rider roster, as well as its drop month – October 2024.
