Taking place from 15—17 March at Glenmore Lodge at the foot of the Cairngorms, it’s an everyone-is-welcome affair, whether you’re new to backcountry skiing or are looking to take on the steepest lines, with a range of courses for different abilities on offer.

The Guides at Glenmore Lodge will use their experience and local knowledge to find you the best snow in the wild Cairngorms.

From their location at the foot of the mountain, you’re well placed to get plenty of time on the hill to explore the classic ski tours and descents, learn how to master tricky snow conditions, and navigate new terrain. You’ll also get the opportunity to try out gear provided from Glenmore Lodge’s equipment partners, including Rab, Atomic, Scarpa, Pieps, Marker and Julbo.

The Wild Ski Weekend is now in its sixth year of running and the backcountry experts at Glenmore Lodge have it sliding slicker than ever. It’s an excellent warm-up for adventures abroad and a great way to meet UK ski touring buddies for future adventures.
