Warren Smith Ski Academy – Ski technique lab tour 2019
MAKE THE MOST OF AUTUMN AND GET WORKING ON YOUR SKI TECHNIQUE SO THAT YOU’RE GOOD TO GO WHEN WINTER ROLLS AROUND!
If you’re keen to get ahead of the game and make this season your best ever then you need to get yourself along to the Ski Technique Lab Tour, brought to you by the Warren Smith Ski Academy in conjunction with MDV Sports.
Now in its fourth year, the Tour offers skiers the chance to learn about ‘3 Way Lineage’ (Ski Technique, Biomechanics and Equipment Precision) and why it’s key to developing performance and unblocking poor technique that leads to inhibited skier movement patterns.
In addition skiers can take part in the ‘6 Way Foundation’ test where movement ranges, symmetry, angulation and balance will be assessed by the team and tools provided to help you improve ahead of winter.
The 6 tests include looking at leg flex, skier symmetry, leg steering, body angulation, core stability, and leg extension.
Cost is just £10 per person and each stop on the Tour will last around 2 hours.
