Watch from above as British freeriders ski incredible Chamonix couloir

The Mont Blanc massif is home to some of the most incredible ski lines in the world, but this couloir might just be the most aesthetic of all

Chamonix is truly a one-of-a-kind place. Slap-bang in the middle of the biggest and steepest mountains in the Alps, it’s a magnet for the best skiers and alpinists, drawing them in like moths to a flame. There’s a strong British contingent too, mixing it up among the wild peaks and glaciers.

Ben Briggs is one of those Brits, well known for some audacious descents down a few of the gnarliest lines in the massif. In this stunning drone video he climbs Les Courtes, dropping down the south face through the incredibly aesthetic Couloir Angelique.
